Lovely space, and bathroom was wonderful. Staff were utterly amazing! Can't fault them at all. Always nice to have a mini fridge too!

Very clean and well kept hotel .. The staff was very polite and friendly and made us feel so welcomed..Our room was cleaned regularly..the location was great .. they had secure parking ..they had 24 security..upon arrival a staff member came to our assistance right away to help with our bags.. I would 100% stay at this hotel again 🙂

Prompt room service, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. Smart choice for a stay in San Cristóbal if you don't insist on walking distance from the city center. Hotel service shuttle was reliable.
